During this second online presentation, a demo of the digital conversation tool (chatbot) was shared. The results of the interactive exercise of the former session was presented, together with original illustrations. The project policy regarding privacy and personal data was also explained. The co-creation process was also presented as well as the division of the participants into 4 working groups.
