The chatbot microstories writing process was concluded with a plenary session. In this session, a representant of each group presented the outcomes of the group, by number and types of microstories. This session was also the opportunity to share and comment the results regarding the self-reflection work of the researchers concerning the benefits of the work done together, the foreseen impact of the project and what worked well and not so well.
