From 17-03 to 07-04 – During a total of 3 sessions, the Co-Researchers could enter a prototype version of the chatbot. The different sections of the chatbot were collectively reviewed and improved, based on the feedback of the Co-Researchers. The text extension and tone were also significantly changed, based on their inputs.
