14 interviews with public policy actors for q-method analysis. Q-method is a research technique that allows for the identification of patterns of people’s opinions on a given topic – presented as ‘social perspectives´. We used the method to identify policy makers perceptions regarding the potential adoption of CSS approach in sanitation policy formulation in the basin.
